Scope of Services

Opin Partners provides the following services:

Develop and refine target investment real estate asset categories that fulfill the Investor's risk and return needs and objectives .

Identify and evaluate specific investments within each asset category.

Provide specific asset investment recommendations including appropriate acquisition, financing, management and exit strategies in each instance.

Manage the acquisition of specific assets approved including due diligence and all legal, environmental and accounting work as well as legal work required to establish an appropriate legal investment vehicle in each instance.

Provide asset management services for all assets acquired by the Investor under this engagement, for the life of the investments.

Manage the disposition or refinancing of the assets acquired by the Investor under this engagement, evaluation to establish the best method of disposition or refinancing, and all associated legal and accounting work.

Provide monthly reports on the U.S. real estate market tailored to focus on areas of special interest to the Investor.
